See above. We were pleased to have had a courtesy car, which I had almost declined as I anticipated the repair would completed by mid afternoon.
The repair didn't work and you had to have it back again and then had to wait for more parts
Problem was sorted and car very well valeted
Service was completed to time and specification
The first time I brought the car in for a health check it was very thorough and produced a comprehensive report

As per above the level of service and interest was just what I required and expected of a dealership such as BMW. It is not always the case however that that is the experience that one receives.
I asked at the service desk for some one to look at the Black tar marks to be removed. Nothing happened . I only noticed the next day when I looked.
Courteous and knowledgeable service reception staff. All requested work was done. Only slight downside is the recurrence of a problem I/Stratstone thought was corrected, i.e. failed rear fog light bulb. Car booked in for 29 May to correct.

As previous reply, the whole follow up to the purchase & warranty certainly 5 star.
Complimentary valet completed to a high standard, on time and dealer staff were friendly and polite. Importantly the dealer did not use the opportunity to try and sell other services.
I felt like the way I was treated was somewhat altered when I paid with cash rather than accept finance but otherwise it was very positive
Very pleased with the speed & efficiency with which they carried out, what I thought, would be a fairly lengthy job.
In conversation with service desk, I did miss something pretty critical - warning message on dash should have been explained better. Had a bit of an anxious drive 2 days later, and had to call to be reassured to ignore it for next couple of months.
All check ups performed within stated time including free car wash and vac, and health check

I cant give a 5 because the service isnt perfect - dirty marks in the carpets again after the last visit (even though Lewis Kelly who served me went out of his way to put things right - he is a credit to the company)
Repair was completed with efficiency and satisfaction as accurately advised by the team.

Wish I had been given a printed copy of service performed, but I know that it is not BMW policy and I can get service information on screen onboard if I want to.

Took all day to do a brake fluid change under my servicing policy and complete a MOT.Failed to give me copy of service sheet for work done.Also could not provide MOT emissions paper copy so had to insist on emission retest to get my copy.
Service was efficient. However my car required additional repairs so had to be held overnight as the parts were not available ??

Our visit to Harrogate BMW was excellent except for a slight problem in the Spares Department where the operative was not aware of the correct fitting for our headlamp. Was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.
Only 4 stars as the loan car I got was a lower spec model that what I have - that being said it did make me appreciate and love my car even more.
The service team did their best to overcome the various issues which arose. Communication is key and could still be improved.

They found a couple of other issues and foxed them there and then under warranty.
David was very good at explaining all the payment options and advising on BMW
wanted a 5 series, I decided against as the service offered by the dealer since 2011 (2 cars) has been poor - both cars have been damaged on site, yes they repaired both and I always find that I have them call to chase up at the end of the day.
The service was undertaken quickly and feedback given promptly.
Reasonable good service, although the man on the service desk could have been more helpful and polite.

Note above comments re boot lid cover. I was specifically told that this had been addressed and resolved. It feels like I've just been fobbed off. Not what you expect from an allegedly premium brand.
Although the service was good and the staff were friendly, but the car was not ready for collection and was delayed for about an hour .
We have built up a relationship over the years;I like being greeted by name by the Customer staff and the car is well looked after by the service personnel.
Prompt and efficient
The problem that the car went in for has not been resolved, the metallic knocking noise has returned and because of this my rear passenger side tyre (which was replaced in October) has worn down again
Positive experience overall but had to ring to book service as website would not complete booking which was frustrating.
We always get excellent service from the friendly service team and manager Chris Wright. Would give a 5 star, but nobody is that perfect, so just a little room for improvement left in my rating !!
