Also concerned that yr service team have made a recommendation of changing both pads and disks on brakes after only 35k miles. My last Audi went on into the 50k miles without any records. Seconds the run flat tryes are not fit for purpose

My car was not ready as originally indicted and I had to query if there were any items requiring attention following the safety inspection.

When I got the car back having paid £240 I drove the car away and got a warning that off side dip beam was not working. Exactly in the area Stratstone had been working on the washer bottle. Not good given they said it had a full health check.

Although I mainly only wanted a software update done to the car. I did mention over the phone and in the garage when I dropped off the car that I was sure there is play in the steering of which is still there with the steering wheel off-centre.

I arrived with my replacement car , entered the garage and went to the service desk where I was briefly met by one of your employees who took me name and details got my keys and that was it . They didn't even bother asking for the replacement keys.

A few issues since purchasing so I don't think I would buy from there again. Feel I paid a premium for buying from BMW which wasn't worth it so would probably buy from an independent in the future as I have once previously.

I was not messed around. The only slight criticism is that it was a recall and I paid for the diesel between Leeds and Harrogate which was perhaps for BMW's account. If you want to send me the cash then e mail me a rmhead@aol.com

Most recent visit to Stratstone Harrogate was for the annual MOT check, completed without any problem. Also requested brake fluid replacement, as prompted by 'clock' symbol appearing; was done but the 'clock' remains, wasn't switched off I guess.

This is difficult really, the issues weren't there fault, you produced a car with the wrong tyres on it. Admittedly they didn't spot it, bit the whole thing was a safety issue that I had to raise. The dealer changed the tyres.
