"Whilst I cannot fault the service team's performance the whole process to get a car booked in for an MOT with a courtesy car takes a long time. The processes they have to go through look extensive for what is a simple exercise."

"Service was ok and car returned on time, washed and valeted. However Stop Start function still not working, so have had to re book. Similary, the alloy could not be fixed as the repairer was not available on the day of the service."

"I was told the hand break was unfixable, it¿s been fixed by the dealer. It took 6 months for them to fix it. I found the service manager quite defensive and found him to be rude, I spoke to the dealer principal to get this sorted he was helpful."
