Lucy at BMW harrogate has been absolutely fantastic on every visit over 4 years, always meeting me with a big smile, genuine
1. I was advised that car would be available for collection after servicing by 12.00 noon but it was not ready until 4.00 pm. 2. Display screen was indicating low tyre pressures but this was not delt with in the service - as I would have expected.
Friendly staff, honest and open, great courtesy car

They didn't offer service plans. On inquiry, they promised to offer one on car delivery but didn't. I was asked to wait by the reception for delivery while the receptionist failed to alert the service team until much later. Was made to feel unwanted.
