The job was not done properly and had to go back again at great inconvenience.
Car was booked in for warranty work on the 20/09. No courtesy car available so lift to work was arranged. Taxi picked me up from work in Long Marston at 5:00pm back to Harrogate, some 30 miles journey. Not part so had to rebook!! Not happy at all
Takes a long time.....from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
It was compleed on time to a very good standard
Again level of service and their willingness to make sure the customers needs are catered for without disruption
I have no complaints and I was lent a new car for the day

Stratstone Harrogate are always very friendly, approachable and competent.
They are extremely efficient and very customer focused. They are also flexible to meet the customers needs when it comes to timings etc
Good service and great customer service but car valet was not very good!
Poor communications about time for work to be completed. Poor (almost non existent) handover when work completed and no instruction/advice given on Advanced Eye 2.0 which we had fitted by them.
As a service plan customer I would have found a printout of service history a help in understanding what had been done to my car not just the health check data. ( which was wrong on the previous inspection as regards brake wear.)

See the above answer. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that when leaving a message with tge reception staff a d being promised that someone would get back to me, I had to make the next contact.

As above. No loan car was available and we had to wait in reception for an hour to collect the car. The car had been washed but streaks were left on the windows. Perhaps the washing was rushed but why not do it properly?

I had my car booked in for a replacement head(?) I was informed the replacement part had not arrived. I found out by chance the day before the appointment.The replacement part was ordered on 13 aug. My car is now booked in for 26 sep. Too long
Booking in was straight forward, my car was completed on time and it was valeted to a good standard.
Good staff, poor parts availability left my car in workshop for 4 days.
Good experience with dealer. Dealer attended to the resolution of the problem in a manner that inspired confidence.

Went in because my car had problem. Spoke to Liz on service and was made very welcome. Couldn't have been more helpful.
All staff we dealt with were helpful and professional and the work was carried out (see above).
Only problem car needed a wash when i got home
They knew what was wrong with my car but ordered the wrong part this lead to my car having to stay in the repair department an extra day leaving me without a car for a whole day.
Reception explained clearly the service process The car was ready on time, serviced, washed and ready for me to leave.
Polite staff and nice area to book
Very satisfied when I bought the new BMW X1 through the new car sales executive and head of sales persons I found when I had to pick the car up the paperwork and handover documents were not correct and I had to wait 3 hours till I could drive away

The salesman who I dealt with left shortly after ordering the car and no one else adopted the order. For a number of weeks no one seemed aware of what was happening or of when the car would be delivered.

The handover was good but the paperwork was not entirely satisfactory.

Stephen King was great helping sort my order and especially returning the old car to BMW finance Without being able to do this through him would have made the process much harderIn addition he helped with a great courtesy car for a couple of days
Friendly & attentive staff with a good cross section of BMW models to compare & discuss the pros & cons relative to our needs. No pushey sales or attempts to direct us towards something we did not want with no pressure to progress to complete a deal
The treatment we received was very good, Kirsty was there every step of the way, a really good experience, we were kept informed as to what was happening, delivery was on time
