I feel that the price I paid for my first service was very expensive. The loan car I had was filthy and had no diesel in it so I had to put diesel In it straight away The car wash on my vehicle was very poor and looked hardly touched

I brought my car in to check why the oil icon was on my dashboard when the oil level was full and a winter check. I asked if I could collect the car on the day after due and I was accommodated. It turned out the car needed two tyre so all fine.

My EV had about 150 miles charge when I dropped it off but only 40 miles when I collected it at 5pm 2 days later. A major problem due to journeys I had to make that evening without time to charge. Maybe you should charge cars up before returning them

Had to ring twice to cancel car pick up the received a call to say no one could pick up my car despite me saying I didn't need the service. When car dropped off charge was still on itinerary. Dark stain on seat which needed cleaning post pick up.

Car was in for mot but a recall came in for my car the same day, so Jade fitted it in for the recall work to save a second visit. Unfortunately the car was not ready by closing time but a last minute loan car was provided.
