The work was done satisfactorily but I loathed the booking in process. What a palather with endless emails, texts and phone calls. Even on arrival at Strathstone I had to go through a dozen or so screens before I could drop off the keys.

I was called the day before and given a price of £706. At the end of the service, brake fluid was added on top. I had to query before the price was reduced to £706. Also, a tyre had been flagged red during the VHC but this was sent to me after 5pm.
