I called in on the off chance they would have a 530e with 19 inch wheels to drive. The staff at the centre went out of the way to help me with my questions and resolve my doubts. They did that and more. A very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Because you keep the car far too long for any work I've had done. You should give a time slot and stick to it.you recently had a car of mine from 8am and it wasn't touched until 4.30pm

No courtesy car available so was promised a lift. Had to practically beg to be picked back up from town to collect my vehicle at the end of the day. Also asked 3 times for a copy of the invoice for all work done on vehicle and still not received it.

I rang the dealership to book my car in for it's MOT. I asked if it could be done on a Saturday and was told yes and was booked in for the following Saturday. When I arrived at the garage I was informing that, "We don't do MOT's on a Saturday.

Would have been 5 stars, but I asked for the car to be washed, it was but deposits of water had been left to dry on the car. This left small white patches all over the paint work which required a trip to the hand car wash!

Car wasnt cleaned on the day, although it is booked in for a valet tomorrow. Also, it is hard to get an appointment - ie booked appt for April in early march and didnt seem to be any earlier slots.

Not very as I was unable to book my car in with a courtesy car without at 4 week wait period. I had to use BMW Recovery who were very efficient and dealt with situation.

It would have been five stars had they not disconnected my DVR, and left a considerable amount of cable hanging down. As per your requirements I had already disconnected the mains plug and advised Service personnel it was disabled.

Initially told to leave the vehicle all day but collected at 3:30pm This was very inconvenient just for someone to tell me what I already knew that the N/S/R lamp had water ingress and as a sealed unit needed a new one under warranty

I don't like the new booking in system. When someone is spending what they are they should at least be interacting with a human - not like they are ordering a McDonalds. Lost the personal touch unfortunately especially if you've a fault to discuss

The main service from the team was excellent. However, I had received a BMW text that the car needed an EGR recall. I was dubious, so I called the dealership to confirm. They did confirm it was needed. I was then called to advise it was not.

Everything went very well until I came to pay. Card readers have been replaced with email invoices which I gave up on after 5 minutes, fortunately the receptionist did it for me, took another 5 minutes! Bring back card machines.
