The car has to be delivered from another dealership, arriving a day later than expected, however Hayden kept me in the loop throughout. Despite being short staffed the car was spotless & the handover detailed & unrushed

They found the issue with my vehicle after another dealer couldn't (despite my car going in on 2 seperate occasions), provided me with a better courtesy car, constant updates, all with the best attitude and professionalism. Hats off to the staff!

It was easy to arrange the service. I got regular updates before and during it, including the technician's name (Stuart) and a very comprehensive video showing the work done. The service adviser on the day (David) was friendly, polite and thorough.

I was told it would take 1 hour 30. I dropped off the car at 10.30am as agreed. At 11:40am I recieved a text to say tmy car was about to be allocated to a technician. 2.5 hours later I arrived to collect my car to be told no one had even started it.
