WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH OUR SALESMAN AS THE PAINT FAULT AND THE WRONG CAR WAS NOT DOWN TO HIM WE WOULD GIVE HIM 9 OUT OF 10 NOT HAPPY WITH AFTERCARE THOUGH ONLY GIVE 5 OUT OF 10 AT THIS TIME

I have owned several BMW cars although this is my first new one! I am extremely happy with the whole process and experience. The Sales representative(Tristan Forbes) assisted me with the purchase of this car and I am very happy with the final result.

The car purchase was fairly smooth and up until pick up good levels of interaction with the sales team happened. I did get a call on the Sunday to see how things were going and told that if I needed anything to get in touch.

I would have given 5 stars, but I was asked if I wanted the car washed and vacuumed after the service. It was washed but not dried off and wasn't vacuumed, which was a shame.

We phoned before we arrived to find out what we needed when we got there this was completely incorrect we needed a key we needed a passport we have not had a passport for 20 years you need to be more clear when giving out information

Haydon was patient and unhurried. No question was a bother to him. He explained and sorted out the settings after consultation with myself. I felt I had a pretty good idea after his handover and he did say that I could ask him questions later too.
